*Insania were led to their 32.85 point victory by a 30.90 point effort from Marques Colston, who got by the Detroit Lions defense for 99 receiving yards and 2 receiving TDs. With this performance, Colston was the number 1 ranked wide receiver for week 16. They also got help from a 28.20 point effort from Brandon Jacobs, who got by the Carolina Panthers defense for 87 rushing yards and 3 rushing TDs in addition to 5 receiving yards. "We knew what we had to do and went out and did it," *Insania coach James Horgan said. *In a Van Down by the River were helped out in a losing cause by a 22.90 point effort from Brandon Marshall, who beat the Buffalo Bills defense for 129 receiving yards. With this performance, Marshall was the number 6 ranked wide receiver for week 16. They also got help from a 20.90 point effort from Dominic Rhodes, who snuck past the Jacksonville Jaguars defense for 27 rushing yards in addition to 62 receiving yards. "We had our chances but we let them slip away," *In a Van Down by the River coach Tony Spera said. *In a Van Down by the River drew the short straw with their schedule this week, as their point total would have resulted in a win against 8 out of 10 other potential opponents in week 16. This brings the record for *Insania to 11-3, and drops *In a Van Down by the River to a record of 10-4. | ||
