| DO we want to change it to a waiver based league with worst to first and change the layout of the league to a readraft or dynasty league.. I know it is different but on my end I prefer redraft league but I was introduced to this concept by Todd Buckovich and everyone loved the idea because it was different and it combines the idea of redraft and dynasty so a team that finished last the year before can win the league.. With a solid draft and some luck of course.. On top of that it doesn't allow teams to keep player for their entire careers and if you didn't join the league it makes it very difficult to have new teams become competative.. On the commish having a advantage I guess if the commish wanted to cheat he could with the secret bids but I don't if I get email with freeagents in the subject line I don't open it until after the Freeagent deadline and prior to the deadline I would send my secret bids to Dave Mead so that he would know what I bid.. I want to be compete as well and being the commish is a thankless job but I enjoy trying to do what I believe is right for the league and just for you Dave I will forward my email that I send from work yesterday for my freeagents! Dave asked me to stop sending him my freeagents because it cause him a conflict of intrest and so I stopped sending it to him so he didn't feel the need to steal my players which you have by the way .. You win some you lose some.. I am very willing to convert this league to a complete redraft and have the software run the waivers ( wow that would save me so much time you have no idea) and then the draft would be so much fun to have a chance to build your franchise everyyear or go the other way and go dynasty so I would not have a advantage .. Right Dave.. Just want to make sure I am not cheating! This league is unique between the scoring system and format and in this day and age it is rare.. I am interested in what the league thinks.. Lets get it on since the message board is back! |

| i BELEIVE YOU STEAL MY BIDS in a fair way other then tb last year last week of bidding. it's just so damn frusturating you steal so many! I ALWAYS SENT YOU MY BIDS LONG BEFORE YOU SENT me yours so how could i be stealing yours? so everyone knows what happened on the tb d last week of bidding last year and can make there own mind up I sent you a bid for tb d. 3 hours later you sent me your bids and yours beat my tb bid. i was pissed and rebeat your bid immediatly! you would not allow it! you claimed i shouldnt have opened your mail. yeah right. you also claimed you never opened my mail. i opened your mail as i always did. now it was obviously a great d for playoffs so i do beleive we both wanted tb. it will work much better you leaveing me out of your entire secreat bids! because its obvious we think alike and its obvious you think since your commish you can have any bid you want of mine when you want it! BY NOT ALLOWING ME TO REBID on tb after you had beat my bid and i re bidded to beat you back was wrong! AND IT MADE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME! Yes it was suppose to be secreat! But the fact I biided them first, then got beat, I should have been allowed the chance to rebid. YOU MR COMMISH DISSALLOWED MY REBID CLAIMING I AM NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN YOUR MAIL BECAUSE ITS SECREAT. i SEE your point but how did I EVER know you wasnt opening mine to begin with? At least your secreat bid thieft was fair this week. As was your open bid thieft! i'LL LET OTHERS DECIDE WHO WAS RIGHT AND WHO WAS WRONG. THIS WONT BE A PROBLEM ANYMORE. i WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR BIDS AND I WILL SEND MINE closer to deadline like i did last night! you just make sure your covered with someone in this league because you MR COMMISH. HAS A LONG AND STORIED HISTORY OF STEALING MY BIDS! Mayeb its because we think alike. who knows! With that said ALL SAID i AM NOW PUTTING THE COMMISH BID STEALING TO REST UNTIL NEXT WEEK AT LEAST WHEN HE GETS ME AGAIN. LOL It will work out much better commish just picking someone else in league to send your bids too just as you did yesterday! Thank you for eliminating me from your secreat bids! thats what happened and it determined who won the midnight bowl! FOR THE messgae here I LOVE THIS LEAGUE THAT WAY IT IS! WOULDNT WANT IT ANY OTHER WAY! ITS MY only draft value league of over 20 and my only open bid league of over 20! PEACE |

| My short answer is to keep the league format it as is. It is obvious to me now why WtoF will not work this format. Duh, I guess I wasn't thinking ... again. lol. This league is unique enough to keep it interesting. |

| i wouldnt mind seeing all waivers being a open bid! this will end any shadyness or anything. all bids will be visable at all times. its really a shame the software wont let us do waviers with our dv value. |

not a bad idea wude but we need a little normacy around here. i would be going nuts wendsday night blocking so and so from getting good values like i did on bush last week. i started at ten with him. thru him back to you scavengers. got him back at nONE keeper value 2. thru him back again to you scavengers. and got him third time at 6 years keeper value. (at least a little compensation on my part for throwing out .02 POINTs last WEEK LJ) HAHA AND mcallister was my first choice at dv-18 last week. of coarse commish blocked that opening my mail and stealing it. lol i actually tricked him intentionally. i wanted bush but i listed mcallister first knowing darn well he would steal it. hahahaha and he doesnt open my mail. yeah right!
