| I don't understand a tie-breaker system that allows a first place team (say, GB2) to pick ahead of a second place team (let's call them 7 & 7) in waivers, thus taking a good receiver (oh, Dominick Hixon, perhaps) that the second place team wanted. I just don't get it. |

| I don't see why standings and waivers have different tie-breaker criteria. A first place team shouldn't draft before a second place team. |
