| 1. | When do I get notified of trades in my league?
Answer: Trade emails get sent out to franchises that have enabled "Trade Proposals/Results" in the For Owners >Franchise Setup - Contact Info screen for the following events:
1. On proposal, to the other franchise.
2 On acceptance, to the whole league if the trade can go through immediately or if they need to vote on an accepted trade via the polls.
3. On acceptance, to the commish if the trade needs his approval.
4. On approval by the commish, to the whole league.
5. On rejection, to the original proposer.

| 2. | Why didn't my trade process even though the voting period is over?
Answer: Once a trade is approved via a poll it is set to be processed upon being triggered. To do this, either any owner or commish must visit (ie. click on) the Trades screen, or the commish must click on the Review Trades screen.

| 3. | How do I Use the Trade Bait?
Answer: Trade Bait is designed to allow owners to put players/draft picks “on the block”, announcing to other owners in the league what he/she is wiling to give up in a trade. This option is found in the Reports > Franchise > Trade Bait. Here all Trade Bait Options will appear. There is an option with each Franchises Trade Bait to offer a “Proposal” to what they are willing to give up.
When submitting your own trade bait you will simply check the corresponding boxes to your Roster and Draft Picks (if your league is so defined). This will be submitted as what you offer to Trade. You can then use the Free Form Box to enter what you are looking for in your trade (a Running Back, Receiver, etc) so that other owners know what you hope to get out of the trade.
To remove your Trade Bait simply go to the Reports > Franchise > Trade Bait and choose to “Delete” your bait.

| 4. | How do I allow (or stop) trading in my league?
Answer: To allow or prevent an owner from being able to trade go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Abilities Setup and check or uncheck the corresponding boxes to allow/prevent owners from trading.
If you wish to simply limit the leagues time to trade or end trading for all owners at a certain date you can go to the For Commissioner > Setup > League Calendar Setup screen and add a "No Trades Allowed" event.

| 5. | How do I Revoke a Trade?
Answer: In the event that you wish to cancel a trade that you offered you have the option to Revoke the Trade.
- Go to your For Owners > Trades and you can review all Pending Trades.
- In the left hand column are “Trades You Have Offered” to Others. Under this column click on “revoke” under the proposed trade, option a: No, I’d like to revoke the above trade offer.
- This will automatically revoke that trade offered.

| 6. | How do I Propose a Trade?
Answer: - Go to the For Owners > Trades. This option will only appear if your commissioner has allowed franchise owners to trade.
- Choose the franchise in which you would like to propose a trade to from the drop down box.
- Select the player(s) from your roster that you would like to offer in the trade from the left hand column. Then select the player(s) that you wish to receive in the trade from the opposing franchises’ roster.
- Next you can define a date in which the trade will expire, the default is 1 week from the time that the trade is offered. An optional message can be included with the trade offer if desired.
- Once the proper player(s) are selected to be proposed in a trade you MUST click the Propose Trade button to apply your changes.
NOTE: The franchise that you are proposing the trade to may not be registered to receive automatic emails from the site. On the confirmation page be sure to note if the email was sent to them via email or you may need to notify them of the trade proposal.

| 7. | How do I Accept or Reject a Trade?
Answer: To Accept a Trade:
- In the For Owners > Trades you can view your pending trades.
- Under the Trades Others Have Offered to You in the right hand column you can review trades that have been proposed to your franchise. To accept the trade choose: a. __ Yes, I’d like to accept this trade.
Optional comments regarding the trade may be entered in the text box below.
- Once you have chosen the accept trade box you MUST click the Respond to Trade Offer button in order to process the trade.
To Reject a Trade:
- In the For Owners > Trades you will view your pending trades.
- Under the Trades Others Have Offered to You in the right hand column you can review trades that have been proposed to your franchise. To reject the trade choose: b. __ No, I'd like to reject this trade.
Optional comments regarding the trade may be entered in the text box below.
- Once you have chosen the reject trade box you MUST click the Respond to Trade Offer button in order to process the rejection.

| 8. | On my "For Owners > Trades" page, it offers owners the ability to trade 2009 draft picks even though our draft is over - why?
Answer: The draft picks listed in the format of "Year 2008 Year Round 1 Draft Pick from Franchise Name" are future draft picks. If future draft picks are showing up for the current season when you no longer need them, you can delete them via the link on the "For Commissioners > Setup > Draft Setup > Import Future Draft Pick Trades page.
Note that this problem typically happens when our detailed instructions for How To Set Up A Keeper/Dynasty League Draft are not followed. Before deleting these picks, you should review that page to make sure you do want these picks deleted.

| 9. | In a deluxe league can trades be made between two conferences or divisions?
Answer: No. A deluxe league is defined to explicitly have separate player pools (per conference or division) and therefore prevents trading across the deluxe league's player pools.

| 10. | How do I Get notified of a trade?
Answer: Go to the For Owners > Franchise Setup - Contact Info and you can check the box to be notified of a trade
Once you have received a trade proposal via email or have been notified of a trade you will need to accept the trade, reject the trade or offer a counter-proposal.
To do this you will go to For Owners > Trades Here all of your Pending Trades will appear.
Note: Choosing to be notified of a trade will not notify you when a league poll is created to vote on a trade, for this you need to choose to be notified of League Polls as well.

| 11. | How do I vote on a trade?
Answer: Once a trade has been agreed upon by both parties it will be
- Automatically Processed
- Require Commissioner Approval
- Require the League to Vote on the Trade.
If your league requires you to vote you will need to go to the Communication > League Polls and cast your vote for the newly agreed trade. Note you can only vote one time and votes cannot be changed.
