| 1. | How do I Add Icons & Logos? Answer: Icons and Logos can be added in the For Owners > Franchise Setup - Customize. Icons will appear on the League Standing Reports and Logos will appear on the owners Franchise Information report.
To add an Icon or Logo you can choose one of the pre-defined icons, one of the 1000+ helmets, create your own helmet or upload your own file to be used (note the uploaded file must be a GIF or JPEG and less than 100kB in size).
Note: On the For Commissioner > Setup > Icons Setup the option for owners must be “As Specified by owners on Franchise Setup Page” chosen in order for the owners to add their own icons.
If your Image is Greater than 100kB
If your image is greater than 100kB then you will need to store this sound on your web server or a remote location that offers web space (note that most ISP’s that offer free email also offer free web space). If you upload your image here you can then go to the For Owners > Franchise Setup - Customize and define the URL here.

| 3. | I have an image greater than 100kb in size. How can I use it for my team logo? Answer: You have a couple of options for this:
1. You can store the image on your own web server (most ISPs that offer email also offer free web space). Note that some free Internet providers such as Geocities do not allow remote loading of images from their site.
2. You can reduce the image size by scaling down the image to a smaller pixel count.
3. You can reduce the image size by using a free tool that optimizes your image for you. A list is available from this Google directory.

| 4. | I just uploaded a new image. Why do I still see the old one? Answer: It's most likely an issue of your web browser caching (storing) the old image. In order to see the new one, you have to clear out your web browser's cache. You can either close/restart your web browser or reload the page via CTRL+F5 (hold down the CTRL key and press the F5 key).

| 6. | My league icon is not appearing on my home page. What am I doing wrong? Answer: To add an icon please go to your Franchise Setup > Franchise Setup - Customize and define your image under the "Franchise Icon" (as opposed to the franchise logo).
If your icon still does not appear, the cause of the problem could be one of the following:
- You are over the 100KB maximum allotted size or you have a wrong file type.
- Your URL address is invalid.
- You created your own helmet and did not save it to your local computer. For Custom Helmets you need to read the hint that states you need to save the helmet to your local computer and Upload the Icon File.
- The commissioner has defined in the Icon Setup to have either a predefined icon or chose "none". Please have them go to Setup > Icons Setup and allow the icon to be "Specified by Owner on Franchise Setup Page"
- In your Standings Report the commissioner removed the option to display the Icon. Have your commissioner go to Setup > Standings Setup and add back one of the two columns that include the icons for your franchises.
- You're using the "Brief League Standings" home page module on your league home page, which explicitly excludes icons, as opposed to the "League Standings" home page module, which can optionally include icons.
- You defined a Franchise Logo instead of a Franchise Icon.

| 7. | Why are there two icon helmets for one or more franchises on my standings report? Answer: On the Setup > Icons Setup screen you have most likely chosen to 'Use Franchise Icon instead of franchise name where possible on league pages'. Then in the Setup > Standings Column Setup screen you have defined your Standings report to use the "Icon & Name" column.
To fix this, go to the Icons Setup screen and revert the 'Use Franchise Icon instead of...' setting back to "No". Alternately, go to the Standings Column Setup screen and replace the "Icon & Name" column with the "Name" column.

| 8. | How do I adjust the Size of my Icons on my Standings Report? Answer: Commissioners can alter the Size of the Icons by going to the For Commissioner > Setup > Icons Setup. Here they can enter either the width or height of the standings icon.
Note: Only enter the width or height as adjusting both may skew the image.

| 9. | How do I add an Icon (like the #1 sign) to the Standings? Answer: Go to your For Commissioner > Setup > Icons Setup and you can use the Icon screen to choose one of the icons for the specific franchises.
If you do not want to remove the owner defined icon, but instead place it next to theirs, you must choose the option on the Icon Setup Page to: Allow both an owner-defined icon as well as a commissioner-defined icon on the standings report?
