| 1. | Why did my lineups not copy over from the previous week? Answer: The system default settings is to not automatically copy over lineups for franchises that fail to actively submit them each week. In order to automate this, use the Starting Lineup Setup screen's "Copy Previous Weeks Starters For Franchises Without Lineups" option and choose from:
As The Previous Week's Final Results Are Available (this will copy over lineups on the Monday night of the previous week)
As Soon As Preliminary (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) Results Are Available (this will copy over lineups on the evening of the first game of the week)
As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available. (this will copy lineups on the Monday night of the end of the current week)
If you have all of these settings defined and it still did not copy over for the previous week, then check the Starting Lineups report to ensure that someone did not accidentally submit a blank lineup for the team. (Note that un-checking the boxes on the Submit Lineup Page and saving that information, essentially clears out the lineup).

| 2. | Why did our lineups change after the final results were calculated? Answer: The problem is the "Best Lineup" option has been enabled for your league. Please go to your Setup > Starting Lineup Setup to reset (disable) this setting. Then Re-enter the original lineups in one team at a time. Once they are all re-entered you will need to use the Recalculate Standings screen to score the correct lineups.

| 3. | Why are 0 points showing for a team in the Weekly Results when they showed points in Live Scoring? Answer: This can occur if you have not selected to copy lineups over from the previous week, or set the lineups to first copy with Monday's Results. If you have chosen to receive preliminary results and a team has "0" points for the week then on the For Commissioners > Setup >Starting Lineup Setup screen you have either not chosen to Copy Lineups or selected:
Copy Previous Week's Starters For Franchises Without Lineups:As Soon As Final (Monday) Results Are Available
This option will not copy the lineup until after Final Results for the week are processed.
You will want to choose one of the other two options to copy lineups and this will take effect for future weeks results.
By Default the Live Scoring Pages will display the teams previous weeks lineup if none is submitted.

| 4. | How do I View All of the Starting Lineups? Answer: To view lineups prior to kickoff go to the Reports > Franchise > Starting Lineups and you can view lineups that have been submitted. Note that if any of the "Hide Lineups" options has been selected in the For Commissioner > Setup > Starting Lineup Setup you will not be able to view these lineups until the hide lineup deadline has passed.
To verify your own lineup submission you can go to the Reports > Franchise > Transactions to view your lineup.

| 7. | How is the Backup Player Accounted for in your Lineup? Answer: Currently, backup players are specified for informational purposes only. Any backup player rules supported by leagues must be manually enforced (typically by having the commissioner manually replace starters with backup players in new starting lineups).
NOTE: If enabled, backup players are still optional as owners can leave the default backup player setting blank on the submit lineups screen.

| 9. | All owners had submitted starting lineups on their own, but now, they've been overwritten and on the "Starting Lineups" report, it says "Best Starting Lineup Assigned By System" - what happened? Answer: This happens when the commissioner turns the "Instead of submitting starting lineups, starting lineups are automatically determined by the system based on the best-scoring players on a franchise roster?" option on via the "Starting Lineups Setup" page. If your league does not wish to use this rule, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to the "For Commissioners > Setup >Starting Lineup Setup page.
2. Near the bottom of the page, you'll find an option titled "Instead of submitting starting lineups, starting lineups are automatically determined by the system based on the best-scoring players on a franchise roster?" - change that option from "Yes" to "No"
This will prevent this from being an issue for future weeks.
To correct prior weeks that have this problem, you have two choices:
1. The commissioner can view all past lineup submissions from all owners on the "Reports > Franchise > Transactions" report - based on that, he may re-enter their prior week's lineup, using the "For Owners > Submit Lineups" page, and changing back to the correct week.
2. In certain circumstances, we might be able to restore your lineups from system backups - if you submit a support ticket to us, with the relevant details, we'll try to restore lineups for you, but note that league restore operations can be time-consuming - it might take upwards of 24 hours for us to complete this task for you, and get back to you.

| 12. | When can I drop / trade away a player during the games and still have his points count for my team? Answer: You must always keep a player on your roster until kickoff of his game. In addition, if you drop or trade away a player after the kickoff of his game, then you must also avoid re-submitting a lineup for the week (some leagues allow partial lineups that can be re-submitted with more players as each game starts).
