| 1. | Why can't I see some of the NFL players in the free agent lists? Answer: The most common reasons for this are:
1. Does your league waiver rules indicate that a player should be "locked" when he is dropped from a roster for a period of time? If so, check the Reports > Players >Locked Players report, and you'll most likely see the players listed there, and if you're logged on as the league commissioner at the time, you'll be able to "unlock" those players.
2. If the player is an NFL free agent, check the "Display NFL Free Agents" setting on the For Commissioners > Setup > Reports & Other Settings page - the default for that option is "No", preventing owners from picking up NFL free agents, but you can turn that to "Yes" if you'd like to allow owners in your league to pick up NFL free agents.
3. The player is currently on a Roster. You can view the Reports > Franchise >Rosters report or use the Reports > Players >Player Search to enter the name of the player in question and view his current status.

| 2. | Can a non-drafted rookie be added to the list of players in the official MFL player's database? Answer: Since the vast majority of non-drafted Free Agents (including supplemental draft players) never make the final cuts, we only add non-drafted Free Agents in August if they make the #1 or #2 spot in an official depth chart (#1 for Kickers and Punters) or they make an official 53-man roster in early September. Your league's commissioner can add up to 200 custom players using the Enter Custom Players screen, but these players will not correspond to our copy of them if they are added in the future. As a general rule, it's best to wait until August/September to see if we ultimately add any players you desire.
So if you would like to see this player in your league now, your league commissioner can use the Custom Players screen to add him to your league for now.

| 4. | What happens when one of our custom players (ie., a college rookie) gets drafted in the NFL? Does our custom player automatically update? Answer: A rookie will be added to our master player database once drafted or upon making the 53-man cut. If you've already added that player to your league as a custom player, you will need to do the following:
- Drop custom player from the franchise roster.
- Use the Enter Custom Players screen to "Hide" (click on the link corresponding the player) the custom player from reports.
- Add the site copy of the player to the franchise roster.

| 5. | Why is a player listed at the wrong position? Answer: We use Rotoworld.com as our official source for all player positions. While we have full confidence in their classification of players, some players (especially defensive players) play at multiple positions, making classification more difficult.
That said, if you feel our player database is incorrect, please let us know which player you feel is incorrect, and what position you feel he should be listed at, and we'll pass this information on to Rotoworld.com for their experts to double-check for you.
Regardless of what Rotoworld.com decides, keep in mind that you can use the For Commissioners > Setup > Players and Rosters > Change Player Position option to over-ride any of our default positions with positions that you think are more appropriate for your league.

| 6. | Here in the pre-season, I see a player listed on the Top Performers report with his 2008 NFL team listed, and not his correct 2009 NFL team - why? Answer: Before week 1, your top performers report shows 2008 (and 2007) top performers data based on your current scoring system. This data includes not only actual 2008 player performances, but also actual 2008 (and not 2009) NFL teams for the players listed there.
All other league reports show 2009 player information, with their 2009 NFL team affiliation.

| 9. | How do I add a player? Answer: Hopefully there is no need for you to add a player as we update our player's database weekly during the offseason and daily during the season. For the complete list of players in our system, click here: Player Listing
If you find a non-drafted rookie or other player that you feel should be listed in our player database, please contact us via our online support form. If you still need to add a player for your league, you can use the For Commissioner > Setup Enter Custom Players screen, but these players will not correspond to our copy of them if they are added in the future. Any custom added players will also require you to manually add in their fantasy points each week.

| 11. | How do I Use KR’s & FB’s in our League? Answer: Each player can be at only one position per week. If your league uses separate KR (or FB) positions, then you'll need to do the following:
- Go to the For Commissioner > Setup > Starting Lineup Setup screen to enable the KR (or FB) position and specify the corresponding minimum and maximum starters.
- Go to the For Commissioner > Setup Change Player Position screen for each player to update their original position to the new position.
Note that once changed, the player will only receive points for his new position. If you prefer to have the player receive points for both the original (ie, WR) position *and* the new (ie, KR) position, then instead, add the KR-type scoring categories such as Number of Kick Return TDs, Number of Punt Return TDs, etc. to the WR position's scoring rule set.

| 15. | How do I use the For Owners > My Watch List page? Answer: The "My Watch List" page allows you to track players that may or may not be on your roster who you're interested in keeping closer tabs on. You can add or remove players to this list by visiting the player's player information report, or from the "My Watch List" page itself. Your "My Watch List" is also available as a home page module.
Your "My Watch List" player listing shows you the player's current status, as well as their year-to-date total fantasy points. No other owner can see your "My Watch List" player listing.

| 16. | Why are there retired guys listed on the list of available players? Answer: We operate many leagues on a year-round basis, as well as many leagues with very, very, large rosters. Players who might have retired within the last year or so, might have been added/dropped/traded in the NFL pre-season, and appear on transaction reports, or are still of interest to some leagues, so we must keep these players listed. If you do not wish to see those players listed, you can turn this off via the "Display NFL Free Agents on Fantasy Free Agent Lists?" option on the Reports & Other Settings setup page.
