| 1. | How do I get faster and more comprehensive live scoring for my MyFantasyLeague.com league?
Answer: MyFantasyLeague.com GameDay is an optional (and free!) program that runs on Microsoft Windows computers and has a lot of advantages over standard myfantasyleague.com live scoring. For additional details, including download instructions, please see this page.

| 2. | Why are my teams not matched up with their opponent on the Live Scoring Pages?
Answer: This is due to your league being defined as an 'all-play' league where each franchise plays against every other franchise each week. If you prefer to only have specific matchup(s) for each team each week, go to For Commissioners > Setup > General League Setup to change the "Fantasy Schedule" setting to use 'one-head-to-head matchup per week'.

| 3. | Why are the live scoring pages displaying results that I know are wrong?
Answer: Assuming that your league scoring system is set up correctly, this can happen because the Live Scoring is unofficial, so there are occasional errors in the statistics during the games. This is most common with unusual plays such as fumbles or blocked kicks or plays that are challenged and then reversed. In any case, you can definitely rest assured that the stats will be corrected later in the game, or shortly after the game when the final official stats are made available.

| 4. | Why doesn't live scoring show points for (offense minus defense, manual player score adjustments, etc.)?
Answer: Live scoring primarily shows player on-field scores - and only a few other "score adjustment" rules that your league might have (home field advantage and franchise score adjustments). Once preliminary weekly and final weekly results are issued, all other league pages, including your "Weekly Results" report, will correctly reflect whatever "score adjustments" your league might use, and all league standings will reflect these adjusted scores, also.
Note that our PC-based live scoring product, GameDay, does not have this limitation, and will display all adjustment scoring above.

| 5. | Our Defense gives points for shutouts and "Points Allowed". The Live Scoring page is showing these fantasy points at the START of every game. Is there a way to delay the calculation until the end of the game?
Answer: MyFantasyLeague.com web-based live scoring does not offer this option, however, GameDay does offer this feature, and a lot more. See this page for more details on GameDay.

| 6. | When do the live scoring reports advance to display the next weeks matchups?
Answer: Live scoring reports automatically advance the matchups for the week ahead 24 hours prior to the scheduled kickoff of the first game of the week.

| 7. | What does the "Player Minutes Remaining" mean on the live scoring pages?
Answer: That represents the sum total of all NFL player minutes for your starting lineup. In other words, a regulation NFL game is 60 minutes long, and assuming you have 8 starters, this number is will count down from 480 minutes (before the first game of the week) to zero minutes (once the last game of the week is over).
This is merely a convenience to give you a rough idea of how "done" your players are, as compared to your opponent's players.
If an NFL game goes into overtime, the system will still award points for your players in overtime.

| 8. | I've chosen my own skin (or time zone) for my league appearance - why do I not see it on the live scoring pages?
Answer: Live scoring pages are shared across everyone in your league, and therefore, use the skin (and time zone) that's selected by your league commissioner, and not the skin (or time zone) you've selected. All other league pages will use your skin and your time zone.

| 9. | Why don't the live scoring summary and live scoring details pages have the standard menu at the top and bottom?
Answer: To have live scoring pages generated by our web server, and downloaded to your computer, as fast as possible, we've removed most of the extra navigation options from these pages. If you do need access to other league functionality while you're looking at live scoring, the link back to your league home page, with all of the associated navigation options, is only a click away from any live scoring page. Also note that we offer a MFL GameDay, a PC-based live scoring application that you can alternately use for no extra charge.

| 10. | How do I use the Live Scoring Summary page?
Answer: The live scoring summary report shows an entire league's starting lineups on a single page - including the franchise total score. As the games progress, the corresponding fantasy starter points update.
Legend: This report uses symbols to indicate various player status changes during the course of the game. A legend at the bottom of this page explains what the various symbols on this page mean.

| 11. | How do I use the Live Scoring Details page?
Answer: During the NFL games, MyFantasyLeague.com offers live scoring so you can determine how well you are playing against an opponent in real time. There is no need to refresh your web browser as the stats will update every 60 seconds automatically. Also see the Live Scoring Summary report for a listing of all team's starters and live point totals during the games.
Show - Select the matchup (in a Head-to-Head league) or the individual franchise (in a Total Points league) to display the live stats.
Now! - Click on this button once you've made changes to the show filters to update the page. Do not click on this button to reduce the time that the live stats updates occur as it has no effect on the update process. It will only slow the system by spending time refreshing the same page.
NOTE: Keep in mind that 'Live' stats are not final statistics - after the games are over each day, we re-verify all scores to ensure that they are correct. To that end, if you do notice an incorrect score in your live scoring, there's no need to be concerned - it will be corrected before the final results are issued. Please see our page for more information.

Black bullet next to player name - player's team is currently in possession of the ball
Red diamond next to player name - player's team in currently in the red zone (within the opponent's 20 yard line)
