| 1. | How do I Edit the Number of Waiver Moves or Free Agent Moves? Answer: Please use the For Commissioner > Setup > Edit Number of Waiver Moves screen to adjust the number of Waiver moves for an owner.

| 2. | How do I View All Previously Processed Waivers? Answer: The commissioner can view all previously process waivers in the For Commissioner > Previously Processed Waivers.
To allow owners to view the same previously processed waivers report that appears under the For Commissioner you will need to enable this setting in the For Commissioner > Setup > Abilities Setup. Check the boxes for each owner to be able to view this report and the report will then appear in the Reports > Franchise > Previously Processed Waivers.
Note: If you only wish for your owners to see the awarded players (and not all requests or bids) you will not want to enable this setting and instruct them to only view the Reports > Franchise > Transactions. Here they only can view all Waiver Moves and their own individual requests or bids.

| 3. | Why can't my owners make waiver moves? Answer: There are several possible reasons for this including:
• The current League Calendar does not have its events properly defined for your league with respect to Thursday Games.
• The league has not been defined to allow franchises the ability to perform waivers in the Abilities Setup screen.
• The current League Calendar screen has been defined to presently use a 'No Waivers Allowed' event.
• Your league is in the middle of an online draft. Waivers will resume once the draft has been completed.

| 5. | How do I Fix a Transaction? Answer: To fix a transaction the commissioner will need to simply select the appropriate option (i.e., Waivers, Trades, etc.) from your For Owners options. They will then select the franchise in which to make this adjustment for and manually reverse that transaction.
Note, if you have chosen to locked dropped players you may need to go to the Reports > Players > Locked Players Report to manually unlock the players involved.
You may then delete this transaction from the record as it appears on the Transaction Report by going to the For Commissioner > Delete Transactions.

| 6. | Why are owners getting an error message stating "League Rules Permit Only 2 Waiver Moves Per Week - No More Waiver Moves Allowed This Week" when our waivers processed last Thursday and it's now the following week? Answer: Since a waiver week runs from kickoff through kickoff of the starting game of two successive weeks, you most likely made two waiver moves after a Thursday kickoff. To fix this please go to Setup > Edit Number Of Waiver Moves for franchises as necessary.

| 7. | I made an incorrect waiver move and tried to delete it, but it's still there. How can I remove it? Answer: Per the hint on the Delete Transaction Page: "Deleting transactions only deletes the record of the transaction on the transactions report. This option does not "undo" a transaction. To undo a transaction, simply select the appropriate option (i.e., Waivers, Trades, etc.) from your league home page and manually reverse that transaction."

| 8. | Why do some waiver picks get queued up, and other times waiver picks go through immediately? Answer: Logging on as the league commissioner allows you to immediately add/drop any player you wish, without going through the normal queuing of picks for leagues with ordered waiver requests or blind bid waivers. In order to test what the owner's access might be, you must login as an owner to queue up (or bid on) waivers.

| 9. | How do I Submit waivers as commissioner for an owner? Answer: If you need to correct a waiver for an owner, or your league is currently in FCFS waivers then as commissioner you can go to the For Owners > Waivers and perform a waiver move for an owner.
The commissioner lockout feature must be disabled in the Setup > Abilities Setup in order for the commissioner to perform these moves.
Note: If your League Calendar currently states you are in either Waiver Request or Blind Bidding you will want to review the How do I Enter Waiver Requests for an Owner? Or How do I Enter Blind Bids for an Owner?.

| 14. | Why are some players able to be picked up right away and others you have to make requests for? Answer: You have set up your league to separate free agents from true waivers. This means that only players recently dropped from a team (or waived) will be available via waivers, while all others players will be available immediately via First Come - First Served.
To turn this option off please go to your Setup > Waivers/Free Agents Setup and remove the option to "Allow owners to make requests for recently dropped players".

| 15. | How do we prevent our commissioner from seeing waivers prior to them being processed? Answer: The commissioner can enable the "Commissioner Lockout" feature in the Abilities Setup screen. This will still allow the commissioner to perform all commissioner necessary functions, but all owner related functions will need to be accessed as an owner. For the waivers, the commissioner will still be able to process waivers (if desired) after the deadline, but no waivers can be viewed prior to the deadline.
